We accept fax, email, phone, and mail orders. To expedite orders most effectively, we encourage customers to place orders online or fax.
Payment options include purchase orders from our customers with a 3D Biotek account set up. To set up an account, please fill in our New Account Form and submit it to us online. Once your account is set up, you can submit your order online with a purchase order number and we will bill you accordingly.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your protection, we will not accept Credit Card information via the internet. After you check out your purchase, please print out the purchase order and fill in your credit card information with your signature and fax order to us at:

General Products Return Policy
1. Please E-mail Customer Service at amontalb@3DBiotek.com
2. Please give your e-mail the subject of “Return Request” and in the body of the email please include the following:
a. Customer Name and Address, or Customer Number
b. Purchase Order Number
c. 3DBiotek Invoice Number
d. Date of Invoice
e. Catalog Number of Returned Item(s)
f. Reason for Return
3. You will be contacted with a Return Authorization Number, and further instructions. All returns must be authorized by 3D Biotek to insure proper credit.
NOTE: All returns may be subject to 15% restocking charge.
4. Products that are not returnable include:
- Products that had been used or sealed package was open
- Products purchased on a Special Order Basis
- Products not purchased from 3D Biotek
- Products with an expired shelf life or two weeks before an expiration date
5. Shipping and Handling charge is not refundable
